When Finbar brought us onto Romeo Applecross, the final stage of their landmark Applecross Precinct on Canning Highway, the brief was to bring a luxury riverside address to life before a single brick was laid. We delivered a suite of 22 architectural renders alongside a full cinematic animation, capturing everything from the sweeping Swan River views to the resort-style amenities within.
